It has a reasonable structure, simple operation, high thermal efficiency, and low energy consumption. It is an ideal equipment for sterilization and disinfection in hospitals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, food, and beverage industries, and is an optional equipment that meets cGMP standards in the pharmaceutical industry. The equipment consists of an evaporator, a preheater, and an electrical automatic control part. To ensure the quality of pure steam, the evaporator adopts a unique three-stage separation method: falling film evaporation, gravity settling, and wire mesh defoaming.
What is the process of a pure steam generator?
Qualified raw water is pressurized by a multi-stage pump and enters the preheater through a flow meter. After heat exchange, the temperature can be 10-15 ℃ lower than the heating steam of the evaporator. Then, it enters the evaporator and is sprayed onto the inner wall of the heating pipe through a material and water distributor, causing the material and water to flow in a film like manner inside the pipe. It is vaporized by the boiler steam and produces secondary steam with water droplets. From the lower end of the heating pipe, it enters the third stage separation device and is separated to generate pure steam. The conductivity of pure steam condensate can be tested online to verify whether the pure steam is qualified. The evaporator of the boiler steam is condensed by the heat absorbed by the raw water, and then condensed into the boiler steam condensate. It serves as the heating source for the preheater, and the preheated raw water is discharged from the non condensed water outlet of the preheater.
