Analysis of cleaning methods for multi effect distilled water machines:

There are two main types of scale generated in multi effect distilled water machines: boiler scale and silica scale. Different cleaning agents should be used for cleaning:

1. For boiler scale, aminosulfonic acid (NH2SO2OH) can be used to prepare a cleaning solution with a concentration of 1% using deionized water, with a pH value between 1-2 and heated to around 60 ℃. Phosphoric acid (H3PO4) can also be used to prepare a 2% concentration cleaning solution with deionized water and heat it to around 65 ℃

2. For silica scale, ammonium difluoride (NH4HF2) can be used. When used, a solution with a concentration of 1.5% can be prepared with deionized water and heated to 50 ℃~60 ℃. Alternatively, sodium hydroxide and anionic surfactant can be used to prepare a cleaning solution with a concentration of 10% and heated to around 60 ℃. When using chemical cleaning methods to remove the two types of scale mentioned above, many users of the multi effect distilled water machine also use commercially available universal stainless steel cleaning agents, which have good effects and are more convenient to use.
